Q. How do I know when my profile has been accepted?
A. Your profile will be moved into the Accepted Profiles board and, though this may have a delay depending on how busy the admin is, you will get a PM about your profile being accepted.
Q. How do I get a user level higher then Lone Wolf?
A. By joining a pack. To do this, make a post at the Dead Tree board. Please be sure to put the pack name of the pack you wish to join in the thread title or if you don’t care which one you get put any. Try to keep those thread titles looking something like this: Title // Pack or Title (pack). Once you’ve posted wait for the alpha to post and rp all that out and in the end you should end up being a part of a pack. If you don't know what pack you want to join just put any in place of a pack name.
Q. Can I remain a lone wolf if I want?
A. I guess you can if you want but if a lot of people start remaining loners then I will make you all join a pack. However, note that it would be quite hard for a lone wolf to survive in the colder months, please keep this in mind.
Q. How can I become a beta?
A. That’s something you need to ask your pack’s alpha. Each alpha does things differently to it would be best to ask. But be sure to ask for any rank in character not over messages or on the OOC boards.
Q. Do betas have any OOC powers?
A. Yes, they do. Betas are mods of their pack's boards. This helps out the alpha when they have lots to do.
Q. Can I challenge for an alpha position?
A. Yes you may if you feel the need. But make note of the facts that if you win you will be in charge of updating the pack’s page, accepting new wolves into your pack and holding pack meetings. If you lose there’s a chance that you will be banished from the pack and who knows what else.
Q. May I create my own pack since there’s unclaimed land?
A. Yes and no. This depends solely on the number of wolves in the packs, how many wolves want this new pack, like a band of banished wolves gathering together. If you happen to want your own pack, message an admin with the following: Pack’s name, what this pack would bring to the rpg, in character reasons as to why the pack would be formed and who the alpha would be. Just because you send this in though does not mean that you will get a yes from the admins and get your own pack. So don’t get your hopes up.
Q. I'm An Alpha And I'd Like To Claim A Land. How Do I Do That?
A. You simply message the admin with the name of the board you'd like to claim. Its a simple as that. You must message the admin just posting on the board is not enough as I do not look for claim threads, I look for messages.
